Wellness Wander
A Nature Based Therapeutic Walk
September 19 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM | Sweet Water Creek State Park
Slow down, look closer, come back to yourself.
There is something that happens when we spend enough time in nature, the noise settles, our attention softens, and we begin noticing things we couldn't see when we were rushing.
Wellness Wander is a guided nature experience designed to help you step out of autopilot and into a different relationship with yourself. Together we'll walk through the trails of Sweetwater Creek State Park, pause along the way for reflection exercises helping you take a deeper look internally, and use nature as support and inspiration.
Throughout our time together, we'll practice grounding, observation, reflection, tap into creativity and deep awareness exercises that help you notice old patterns, reconnect with what matters, and leave with a greater sense of possibility for your life.
Every participant receives a journal that we'll use throughout the experience and can continue using after the walk is over.
Our experience includes:
• A guided (3 mile) nature walk through Sweetwater Creek State Park
• Grounding practices to help you arrive fully
• Guided journal reflections (journal provided)
• Intentional stops throughout the trail for conversation, observation, and personal reflection
• Time to reconnect with yourself without the distractions of everyday life
• A welcoming, supportive environment where you can tap into clarity and peace
You'll leave with practical ways to continue bringing more presence, possibility, and intention into your everyday life.
Physical Requirements
This experience covers three miles on natural hiking trails.
The terrain includes dirt paths, tree roots, rocks, uneven ground, stairs, and occasional inclines. While the pace is relaxed and we take frequent breaks, participants should feel comfortable walking for several hours on natural terrain.
If you are unsure whether this experience is a good fit physically, please reach out before registering. I want everyone who joins to feel confident, safe, and able to enjoy the experience.
What to Bring
• Water
• A towel (we'll spend time near the water)
• Comfortable walking or hiking shoes
• Rain gear in case we get a surprise rain shower while out
• Sunscreen/bug spray if desired
• An open mind, heart, & curiosity
Location: Sweetwater Creek State Park 1750 Mount Vernon Road, Lithia Springs, GA 30122
Please note that the State Park charges a separate $10 parking fee, which is not included in your Wellness Wander registration.
We'll meet at the designated location inside the park, and additional directions will be sent after registration.
This is your welcome to presence from nature and a licensed therapist!
→Because we'll be spending time outdoors on natural trails, every participant will be asked to complete a participation waiver before attending. These will be emailed once you purchase your ticket. ←
I can't wait to wander with you!

Wellness Wander 2.0
A Therapeutic Walking Retreat to Release, Reflect & Realign
September 7th| 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM | Start at Studioplex
This is not just a walk.
It’s a guided journey back to your body, your truth, and your next becoming.
Led by licensed therapist and embodiment guide Hope Cross, Wellness Wander is a 3-hour intentional experience that invites you to slow down, process what's been weighing on you, and make space for what wants to bloom.
Together, we’ll wander through nature and through our inner terrain with guided practices that include:
1. GROUNDING & OPENING
We begin with somatic tools to calm the nervous system—breath, awareness, light movement—to shift from thinking mode into being mode. You’ll feel your feet under you. You’ll feel your body arrive.
2. INTENTIONAL JOURNALING
With a journal + pen provided, you’ll receive therapeutic prompts to explore what’s rising. You’ll name the stuck places. The unspoken desires. The quiet truths. Journal as a form of therapy will be a focus and you will take away some tools that will benefit you even beyond this experience.
3. EMBODIED PRESENCE
As we walk through green space, you’ll practice presence through all senses. You’ll learn how to regulate from the inside out—and how to recognize what your body is whispering before it has to scream.
4. CREATIVE PROCESSING
At several intentional stops, we’ll weave in:
Body-based practices (self-holding, shaking, movement)
Symbolic ritual (release & receive)
Light drawing or sketching (no skill needed—just expression)
Sharing space (optional, non-pressured)
5. INTEGRATION & CLOSING
We close in vision. Where you will take away a Polaroid photo to take your mantra with you as you leave. I will guide you through a meditation to set forth the vision you want to take your life into. You’ll leave lighter, clearer, and more rooted in your next right step.
WHO THIS IS FOR:
You’ve been overwhelmed, burnt out, or emotionally numb
You’re holding grief, anxiety, or transition
You want to reconnect to your body, your purpose, or your creative voice
You’re craving a safe space with no pressure to perform—just to be

Limited to 10 participants
Join us for an immersive evening of Reiki, somatic movement, self-healing, and guided meditation—designed to help you clear what’s stuck and open your body to receive the energy and healing you truly deserve.
Led by Dr. Amy King, a skilled chiropractor and Reiki master, and her wife Chelsea King, an intuitive healer and co-teacher in their practice, alongside Hope Cross, a Licensed Professional Counselor and somatic-based therapist, this evening offers a truly integrated approach to mind-body restoration.
You’ll be guided through:
Hands-on Reiki and self-Reiki techniques to attune your system to healing frequencies
A grounding guided meditation to bring you back to center
Somatic practices and movement to help release blocked emotions stored in the body
Playful embodiment exercises like hula hooping, dance, and stretching to bring joy into the process

Science has shown that unprocessed emotional energy can become trapped in the body, manifesting as chronic tension, anxiety, or fatigue. By releasing this stored energy through intentional movement, touch, and presence, you create space for greater emotional freedom, clarity, and vitality.
Whether you're feeling energetically heavy, emotionally overwhelmed, or simply seeking a safe space to reset, this evening is an invitation to realign with your body’s natural wisdom.

Because when we clear space within… we make room to receive what’s meant for us.

Pedal & Process Volume 1
Description:
What if movement could be medicine—and the city itself, a sacred map back to yourself?
Pedal and Process is a guided, four-hour bike ride through Atlanta’s green spaces—a moving meditation designed to help you reconnect with your body, rewrite old narratives, and process what’s ready to be released.
With five intentional stops woven throughout the ride, we’ll ground, stretch, breathe, and journal—each pause a portal to deeper knowing. As the physical journey gently builds, so does the inner one. You’ll be invited to reflect, feel, and create—through journaling, drawing, and interactive activities—even if you don’t consider yourself “creative.” This ride becomes a rhythm of release and reflection with each pause a chance to uncover what is buried beneath the noise of life.
You’ll receive a journal with prompts for reflection between stops, and a few surprises along the way—a scavenger hunt, moments of stillness, and creative sparks to awaken your spirit.
This is not just a bike ride. It’s a journey of self-discovery. A reminder that growth can be joyful. That your story is still unfolding. This experience is built for those at a crossroads. For anyone craving clarity, connection, or a quiet kind of courage. Whether you're navigating transition, healing something tender, or simply seeking a reset—this journey meets you where you are and invites you somewhere more honest.
